Information you provide
When you contact Zeus or use an available request form, you may provide your name, work email, phone number, company, product interests and project requirements. Sample requests also ask for delivery details and procurement contacts. Product-support requests may include issue descriptions, order references and serial numbers. Supporting files may include specifications, drawings or purchase-order information.
Provide only the information needed for your request. If you include another person’s contact details, make sure you are authorized to share them. Avoid sending payment-card details, passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
How information is used
Zeus uses inquiry information to respond to your questions, evaluate sourcing requirements, coordinate requested samples and provide product or order support. An equipment inquiry does not place an order or enroll you in a marketing subscription.
Processing your request
Website hosting, business email and request-management providers may process information to help Zeus operate the website and handle requests. The quote, sample, product-information and product-support forms use Smartsheet for submitted details and applicable supporting files.
Email and telephone links let you contact Zeus separately through your chosen email or phone service.
Browsing and external links
Website infrastructure may process technical information such as an IP address, browser information, the requested page and request time to deliver and protect the site.
To limit repeated form submissions, the website stores request counts and a changing identifier derived from the request’s IP address in its hosting database. These rate-limit records do not include form entries or uploaded files.
The website does not include advertising pixels or automatic marketing enrollment. Product documents, images and article content can be browsed without creating a customer account or entering payment details.
Some links open manufacturer websites, document services or YouTube. Those services handle information under their own policies when you visit them. Videos in the article archive open on YouTube rather than loading an embedded player on this site.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, Zeus uses Google Analytics 4 on zeustx.com to understand visits and request activity. Analytics records a request-type event only after our server confirms receipt of a quote, sample, product-information or product-support request. Phone and representative link events record a click; they do not confirm a conversation or completed sale.
Analytics uses first-party cookies and browser identifiers and processes information about your browser or device, website activity and approximate location. Google receives your IP address when collecting analytics; Google states that Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses. Our code excludes URL query strings and fragments, referral URLs, form entries, contact and delivery details, supporting files, and request or order references from the data it sends. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled.
Analytics stays off until you allow it. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page. Choosing Essential only stops Analytics and removes its cookies on this site. The website preview and local development versions do not load Analytics. Requests can still be submitted when Analytics is off.
Your choices and questions
You can choose whether to provide optional details or supporting files. Without information needed to identify a product or deliver a sample, Zeus may need to contact you before helping with the request.
Contact Zeus to ask about the information associated with your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or discuss retention. Include enough context to identify the request, but do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents in an initial email. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing request or applicable business and legal requirements.
Updates to this notice
This notice applies to the Zeus Power Supplies website. Zeus may update the notice as website features and information-handling practices change. The date below identifies the latest update.
